I purchased the Acid Nitric Grade 2 a few months ago. It was when the website offered a good discount for your first order. The customer service from James was outstanding. From following up on my queries to letting me know when it was dispatched and then asking for follow-ups if it was okay, it doesn't get better. The bat itself... is incredible. I got it in 2'9 and once knocked it, it flew. The pickup is fantastic, it is an absolute beauty of a blade and the performance is top-notch. I get lots of people asking what brand it is (Salix). This year I haven't played much, but have hit over 600 runs averaging 80 (5 fifties and 1 hundred), which just shows how amazing the willow is.

The guys were super responsive and informative about questions I had about the salix rugged knife. It then arrived less than 48 hours after ordering and is an absolute beaut of a bat - will for sure be using the cricket store for future purchases.

Found the cricket store through google and was really impressed with the options available and their pricing. I ordered the Chase duffle 45 and 100 and flc pads and r11 gloves and they arrived very quickly from order. James was very helpful via Instagram communications. All in all I will be ordering again soon!

I absolutely love the Salix Rugged Knife bat. It’s an excellent bat at an even better price. Add in the first purchase discount and I almost felt slightly guilty at getting such a quality bat at the price paid.

Beyond the quality of the bat, the service from the cricket store was also excellent. I will definitely be back next time I need some new cricket equipment.

I purchased a Salix rugged (pic attached) from the cricket store and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Communication was excellent through social media and delivery was very prompt. Again with excellent communication from courier and TCS.

I found The Cricket Store through their social media and was interested to see they were one of the few places stocking ACID bats. I messaged via Instagram about the specifics of the bat I was looking at and received a quick reply giving all the information I'd asked for. Once ordered, the bat arrived within a few working days and I'm very pleased with it so far and will only get better with more playing in. Would recommend TCS to anyone looking for a new bat from a smaller maker, especially if you value efficient and friendly customer service.

From the moment I placed my order, the Cricket Store system kept me fully appraised of its progress. Impressively, the arm guard arrived within 2 days and, when it did, I discovered its quality to be superb.
